3 Months Old

(This post is a bit late...we were on vacation:))

Dear Jackson,

You turned 3 months old on June 27th. You have started doing so many wonderful new things.

• You weigh 13 pounds 4 ounces.
• Your smile is contagious. You are always smiling.

• You have started to laugh, and it melts everyone's hearts when you do.
• At your last Dr. appointment you got a shot and you didn't even cry. You flinched a bit, but you didn't cry.
• You sit up nicely in your Bumbo seat. People comment all the time over what nice body control you have.
• You are such a happy baby!! Everyone says what a great baby you are. We take you everywhere, and you seldom cry.
• Currently, you only wake up 1 time a night. Usually around 4:00.
• You enjoy it when people bounce you on your lap. If you are the slightest bit fussy (usually right before bed, you are soothed by bouncing.)
• Daddy put you in your bouncer, and you loved it. You can't bounce yet, but you loved standing there watching everyone.
• Your big sister Emma still ADORES you!! You love her too. You will watch her any chance you get.

• Unfortunately for us, you are still only napping in your swing. I know it would change if I made it, but we love you too much to make you mad:)
• You are starting to become curious with things. You will bring things up to your face.
• You will suck your thumb every now and again.

As you can tell you are a wonderful baby and we love having you in our lives!! Everyone adores you and enjoys every minute they can spend with you.
