Well, today was a trying day for a mother of two. I had to take Jackson to the Dr for his cold/cough. We had to go at 12:30, which wasn't bad, but we then had to go to Wal-Mart after. Jacks has a sinus infection, so we had to pick up his antibiotic. Up until 5 minutes prior to leaving, both kids were great! However, it all went downhill. Jackson started crying, then Em started crying because I wouldn't let her stand up in the cart.
Both kids cried the whole way home (2:00, when Em usually naps around 1:30) and I had to carry Emma in the house because she was plopping and dropping. Lucky for me, she went up for a nap at 2, and I fed Jacks and he went up for a nap at 2:30. I know there will be days like this, it just helps to make me stronger.
