Emma had another fun-filled afternoon at the pool, while Jackson enjoyed lounging in the shade. She loved walking in and out of the water, while having mommy and daddy hold her hands while she jumped in the baby pool and big pool. She even snagged her cousin's floaty and played in the baby pool with it.
Jackson hung out with mommy in the shade, lounging on the blanket enjoying the compliments of everyone walking by saying how cute he is.
The day was finished off with our first BBQ at the Murray's house. We made S'mores and enjoyed dog-dogs with friends. Emma played croquet with Marta while Abbie, Joe, and Jason passed around Jackson.
The next day, Daddy had to go to basketball, so mommy and Emma made cupcakes, while Jackson enjoyed sucking his thumb. For those of you who know me, he was holding his thumb just like I used to.
Auntie Mags took Em to the horse show and pool, after we made cupcakes this morning. Jacks has a cold, so he has been sleeping much more than usual. It's just hard to kick. Em loved helping to mix the cupcakes (she actually did a great job).
She loved to eat the icing off her cupcake even more.
We then enjoyed a great evening dinner with friends at the Blue Bird and the kids were pooped. Both kids have another cold, and it is really taking it's toll on Jackson. He has been more tired, and eating WAY more!!
